The Space

Please enter our freshly designed vacation home through the front door. Step up onto the front porch and into the home via the smart keyless lock and be greeted with soaring ceilings and generously sized rooms designed and styled with your comfort in mind.

LIVING AREA
The living area features a cognac leather sofa, a sturdy arm leather chair, and a coffee table, all surrounding the 50″ wall-mounted Smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps – the perfect cozy place for a movie night.

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and gas stove, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to cover all the cleaning up.

Enjoy your morning cup of joe at a well-stocked coffee station and serve your meals in the dining area with a table set for six.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS – 2ND FLOOR
Two primary ensuite bedrooms within the spacious home can be found on the second floor. Each bed is topped with soft, premium linen and bedding, and you’ll find plenty of storage to unpack and make yourself home.

Both primary bedrooms offer comfortable queen beds with a private ensuite bathroom accessible from the bedrooms: desk and office chairs, side tables, luggage racks, and closets stocked with hangers and hampers.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM – 3RD FLOOR
Heading onto the third floor, you will find a loft space as a third primary ensuite with two bunk beds, twin over twin beds. A closet for storing all your belongings and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a single vanity.

LAUNDRY
A washer/dryer set is stored in the 2nd-floor hallway in the closet with double doors. Complete with detergent and dryer sheets to make vacation laundry a breeze!

OUTDOOR AREA & PARKING
Step out the back door onto your private deck to soak in St. Louis’s beautiful weather. Dine outdoors or enjoy a tasty beverage on the deck. Free Street Parking is available in front of the home.

LaSalle Park is an integral part of the three-neighborhood “Old Frenchtown” area-LaSalle Park, Lafayette Square, and Soulard – bordering the southerner edge of downtown St. Louis and offering easy access to major interstates and other major thoroughfares.
