LIVING AREA
When you enter the home, you are greeted by this vast open-concept living room with a comfy sofa, two modern chairs, a perfect setting for family gatherings, and a conversation starter. A 55″ SmartTV is mounted above the antique fireplace mantel. Access to all your favorite streaming apps makes this room perfect for a cozy movie night.

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. Neighborhood

Benton Park is a tremendous historic St. Louis neighborhood that you will fall in love with!

Enjoy the neighborhood’s unique architecture as you walk to the Anheuser-Busch Brewery and several of the city’s best restaurants and bars. Stroll through the beautiful Benton Park, where you can find a shady tree, enjoy a picnic, or bring your tennis gear and hit the tennis courts.

Close by is The Fox Theater, Scottrade Center, the Arch grounds, and the famous Busch Stadium, where you can catch a game. Forest Park and the Delmar Loop are short easy drives with convenient access to I55, I44, and I64/40, making it super easy to get to your destination.
