The Space

Our designer home is retrofitted with all the luxuries, comforts, and amenities you can imagine. Spend quality time with loved ones, whether cooking or lounging. The spacious open floor plan fuses the living, kitchen, and dining rooms into an open and inviting that flows well for relaxing and enjoying one another’s company. Tall ceilings and oversized windows bring in lots of natural light, making this home cozy and inviting.

LIVING ROOM
The home’s focal point is an ideal setting for a family gathering. Relax and visit on the roomy sofa, watch a movie on the Smart TV, or play a board game with family and friends.

KITCHEN & DINING
The updated kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for a homemade meal. Featuring a large pantry and coffee bar. This unique unit offers an enclosed veranda with dining tables and chairs, bringing in lots of natural light and extra space to relax or gather with family and friends.

Gather at our dining tables, both seat 4 guests each, sure to be an excellent spot for your family to enjoy the perfect dinner.

BEDROOMS
All five spacious bedrooms are located on one floor. Each bed is topped with soft, premium linens and bedding, and you’ll find plenty of storage to unpack and make yourself home. Four bedrooms feature king sizes beds, a 40″ flat screen Smart TV wall mounted, a desk, and a chair. Our smaller bedroom features a queen bed with plenty of storage space.

2 FULL-SIZE BATHROOMS
Unwind with a bath or shower after a packed day exploring St. Louis in our spacious full bathrooms. They are fully stocked with all essential toiletries, so you don’t have to sweat the small stuff when packing for your trip.

LAUNDRY
you’ll find the laundry room in the basement with a full-size washer and dryer, complete with detergent and dryer sheets for making vacation laundry a breeze.

PARKING
Your group’s substantial private parking lot is in the back of the home. You will only share with the one unit next door. This space is perfect for large families with several vehicles or contract workers with large vehicles or trailers to park off-street.

The Central West End is a highly walkable area with art galleries, antique shopping, great nightlife venues, and stunning turn-of-the-century homes, all located on the eastern edge of Forest Park, just a quick 5-minute drive from downtown St. Louis.

This beautiful home is the perfect location if you visit Barne’s Hospital, Cortex, Forest Park, or Washington University.
