The Space

Make your way up the charming porch steps and enter the beautiful new home via the keyless smart lock and step into the foyer with a long bench seat and handy coat hooks so you can get everyone comfortable, organized, and ready to relax.

The sun-filled living area offers room for the whole family with two large sofas (including a sleeper), and a big screen Smart TV perfect for movie nights snuggled up together on the lounge.

The first floor features a stylish dining table for six, another cafe table for four, and an additional sofa. Wherever you decide to roost, the open layout allows you to stay connected with the group.

Step through into the modern kitchen that comes fully equipped with all the cooking basics you need to cook up pancakes in the morning through to a 3-course meal for the group at night.

Coffee enthusiasts with love the selection on offer at the fully stocked coffee station where you can brew up a fresh pot, settle into the cafe table and catch up with friends.

Also on the first floor is the handy half bath where you can wash up before meals and the laundry nook with a washer and dryer set to keep everyone looking their best.

Take the stairs up to the second level of the home where you will find the three spacious bedrooms and the three full bathrooms.

The master suite is generous in size and features two luxurious queen beds with a full ensuite bathroom, a crib for the little one a Smart TV for late-night streaming, and a walk-in closet to store all of your luggage.

Easy access to major freeways is convenient to catch a Cardinals game or visit the Arch and riverfront. Stop by beautiful Soulard or tour the Anheuser-Busch brewery to tantalize the taste buds!

You are situated less than a block from Terry Park where there is outdoor space, a playground for the little ones, and a basketball court.

The neighborhood is home to the beautiful Missouri Botanical Gardens, restaurants, and shops and close to Tower Grove Park and Forest Park, with miles of tree-lined paths, playgrounds, fountains, and points of interest, including the top-rated and free Zoo and Art Museum.
