The Space

Make your way through the front door and into our modern and comfortable vacation home that’s just perfect for those trying to find that “work-play” balance! Step up into the home via the keyless electronic lock and find three levels of thoughtful design and amenities that will make for the perfect getaway!

OFFICE SPACE
Enter the home to find your dedicated workspace, a private room away from it all with a wall-to-wall desktop, plenty of storage, two monitors, and comfy chairs to help you get through the day’s work and be ready to enjoy some vacay!

LIVING AREA
Take the modern-industrial staircase up to the spaciously open main floor where work ends and enjoyment begins!! Natural light abounds, and you’ll especially love the comfy and oversized sectional sofa paired with a giant SmartTV. Movie night anyone??

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook up breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a gas range, a wine fridge, microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up.

Serve up your meals at the island with seating for three, gather everyone into the elegant dining area for dinner with a table set for 6, or head outside and enjoy a bite or beverage on either of the two private decks!

Heading down the hall from the master suite, the first door on your left is your second full bathroom, equipped with plenty of fresh towels and necessities.

Next down the hall is the second bedroom, which boasts a luxurious queen bed, a SmartTV, plenty of light, and stylish and comfortable finishes throughout.

And at the end of the hall, you will find the third bedroom with a queen adorned with comfy bedding, plus great views and a large closet and floor mirror.

Also on the 3rd level, you’ll find the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, which comes complete with detergent and dryer sheets for making vacation laundry a breeze.

OUTDOOR AND GARAGE
Step out on either of the private second-floor decks to soak in the beautiful day, or take relax on the patio set with a good book and a drink of choice.
