The Space

Make your way through the front door into our freshly modern-designed vacation home. Step up onto the front porch and into the house via the keyless electronic lock and be greeted with vastly high ceilings and generously sized rooms designed and styled with your comfort in mind.

LIVING AREA
The living area is spacious, bright, and inviting. The woodworking fireplace is the focal point of the room, framed by two beautiful glass-stained windows and beautifully restored original hardwood floors thought the home. A plush sectional and extra seating surround the sizeable wall-mounted TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps – the perfect cozy place for a movie night.

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and gas cooktop, a microwave, a coffee bar, and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up.

Founded in 1927, Holly Hills is one of the premier neighborhoods in St. Louis and home of Carondelet Park. The name “Holly Hills” derived from Hollywood and was intended to reflect a similar level of grace and elegance.
