LIVING AREA
When you enter the home, you are greeted by this vast open-concept living room with a comfy sofa, two modern chairs, and a perfect setting for family gatherings. A 43″ SmartTV is mounted above the working fireplace mantel. Access to all your favorite streaming apps makes this room perfect for a cozy movie night.

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, gas cooktop, built-in wall oven, microwave, and dishwasher to clean up; this home has it all!

Gather everyone into the modern dining room for dinner with a table set for eight. Enjoy your morning coffee at the large kitchen island with seating for four, or be a helping hand to the chef!

The full-size en-suite bathroom is accessible from the bedroom, offering a luxurious spa walk-in shower with dual rain shower heads and a double custom vanity sink.

Bedroom #2 provides two single beds, a nightstand, a spacious closet with hangers, and extra towels are available for your stay!

Bedroom #3, at the end of the hall, offers a luxurious king bed, two end tables, a fabric lounge chair, a closet, and a 43″ wall-mounted smart TV.

BASEMENT
This home provides so much space to spread out and relax! The finished basement with an open layout doubles as an additional hang-out space for movie nights or family game nights and an ideal room for the little kids to run around and play. Neighborhood

The Grove is a neighborhood known for its exciting dining and shopping district with 50 eclectic shops and venues lined along the mile-long strip.
