The Space

Make your way through the front door and into our freshly designed vacation home. You will enter the home via the keyless electronic lock and be greeted with vastly high ceilings and generously sized rooms that have been designed and styled with your comfort in mind.

LIVING AREA
The living area is filled with a comfy large sectional positioned to face the large wall-mounted SmartTV with access to all your favorite streaming apps – the perfect cozy place for a movie night.

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook up breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and electric cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up.

Serve up your meals at the dining room seating for 4 with additional seating at the kitchen peninsula.

BATHROOM – 1ST FLOOR
Don’t miss the convenient first-floor half bath, just adjacent to the kitchen.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOM – 2ND FLOOR
Two bedrooms within the spacious home can be found on the second floor. Each bed is topped with soft, premium linen and bedding, and you’ll find plenty of storage for you to unpack and make yourself at home.

The larger size bedroom offers a comfy queen-size bed, adjacent is a trundle bed with two twin mattresses. There is also a SmartTV and a walk-in closet.

Exiting the bedroom, on your left, is your second full bathroom, equipped with plenty of fresh towels and necessities.

Just around the corner from the full-size bath, yet another bedroom boasts a luxurious queen bed, plenty of light, and stylish and comfortable finishes throughout.

LOWER LEVEL (BASEMENT)
Entering the lower level is a spacious and bright open concept area that included a bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a full-size bathroom with a walk-in shower. Within the space, a sitting room has been created with a loveseat, a desk area, and a wall-mounted SmartTV.

LAUNDRY
Located in the lower level of the home (basement) you’ll find the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, which comes complete with detergent and dryer sheets for making vacation laundry a breeze.

LaSalle Park is an integral part of the three-neighborhood “Old Frenchtown” area-LaSalle Park, Lafayette Square, and Soulard – bordering the southerner edge of downtown St. Louis. Offering easy access to major interstates and other major thoroughfares. A majority of its architecture includes French-style red brick rowhouses, and Federalist and Victorian houses.
