The living area is located on the main floor, this bright open floor concept space is welcoming and has tastefully been decorated, offering modern comfy couches. Unit #1 offers a fun open bar beautifully crafted with stone and plenty of seating. Townhome #2 offers a formal dining area with seating for 6 and additional seating in the eat-in kitchen.

Neighborhood

LaSalle Park is an integral part of the three-neighborhood “Old Frenchtown” area-LaSalle Park, Lafayette Square, and Soulard – bordering the southerner edge of downtown St. Louis. Offering easy access to major interstates and other major thoroughfares. A majority of its architecture includes French-style red brick rowhouses, and Federalist and Victorian houses.
