The Details

Located in the walkable Fox Park neighborhood with quick access to highway 44 and 40 this spacious family-friendly home is just what you need to have a wonderful and relaxing vacation.

The home is packed full of family features including Smart TVs, a highchair, and a pack n play for the little ones. There is room for everyone to spread out with 6 spacious bedrooms and generous living areas. A spacious first-floor bedroom and a full bathroom make this home a great choice for those that have trouble with stairs. Parking is a breeze with plenty of free street parking as well as a private parking pad in the back of the home for 2 vehicles.

Visit the St. Louis favorite “Lonas Lil Eats” just a block away or take a drive to all the attractions of downtown just minutes away. We cant wait to have you stay in our home!

The Space

Make your way up the charming porch steps and enter the beautiful historic home via the keyless smart lock and step into the grand foyer with a long bench seat and handy coat hooks so you can get everyone comfortable, organized, and ready to relax.

The sun-filled living area offers room for the whole family with a large modular sofa and a 65 inch Roku TV perfect for movie nights snuggled up together on the lounge.

Step through into the stately kitchen that comes fully equipped with all the cooking basics you need to cook up pancakes in the morning through to a 3-course meal for the group at night then eat together at the stylish table set for 10 and a half with a highchair for the little one.

Also on the first floor is the handy half bath as well as a full bathroom where you can wash up before meals and the laundry nook with a washer and dryer set to keep everyone looking their best.

There is also a first-floor King bedroom which makes a stay for those who have trouble with stairs convenient and comfortable!

Take the stairs up to the second level of the home where you will find 5 additional spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

The master suite is generous in size and features a luxuriously large king bed, a Pack n’ Play for the little one, and access to the second-floor balcony – perfect for watching sunsets of an evening with a drink or two. Also on the 2nd floor, there is another King Bedroom, a bedroom with 2 queen beds, a bedroom with 1 queen bed, and a bedroom with a trundle bed that pulls out into 2 single beds for plenty of sleeping space!

Two more full bathrooms just outside the bedrooms will ensure that there is plenty of space for everyone in your group. They will be fully stocked with all the towels and toiletries you will need for your stay.

Plenty of shops, restaurants, and authentic St. Louis cuisine are just in your neighborhood and with quick access to all major highways you are just minutes from all St. Louis has to offer.

Neighborhood

The neighborhood is home to the beautiful Missouri Botanical Gardens, restaurants, and shops and close to Tower Grove Park and Forest Park, with miles of tree-lined paths, playgrounds, fountains, and points of interest, including the top-rated and free Zoo and Art Museum.

Foods from around the world are served at nearby restaurants on Grand Ave with no shortage of Italian restaurants on “The Hill” nearby.

Access to major freeways is convenient to catch a Cardinals game or visit the Arch and riverfront. Stop by beautiful Soulard or tour the Anheuser-Busch brewery to tantalize the taste buds!
