Please make your way through the front door and into our freshly designed duplex units vacation home. Step up onto the front porch and into the house via the keyless electronic lock and be greeted with vastly high ceilings and generously sized rooms designed and styled with your comfort in mind.

You’ll love the cozy living space, tastefully outfitted with a generous plush lounge, a comfy chair, and a 50″ wall-mounted TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps – the perfect cozy place for a movie night.

KITCHEN & DINING – 1ST FLOOR & 2ND FLOOR
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and gas cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up.

Neighborhood

The Shaw Neighborhood is one of the oldest and most intact historic districts in St. Louis. It is undergoing a renovation renaissance. Many new businesses have been popping up in the area. Locals and visitors can enjoy Sasha’s on Shaw, Ices Plain and Fancy, SweetArt Bakeshop & Art Studio, Thurman’s in Shaw, Fiddlehead Fern Cafe, and much more. The international businesses and restaurants along South Grand Blvd. are also within a half-mile walking distance of Shaw.

Tower Grove Park, located on the south end of Shaw, is a beautiful place to walk, bike, play tennis, take the kids to the playgrounds or enjoy the Tower Grove Farmer’s Market. The Missouri Botanical Garden borders Shaw to the west. It is one of the oldest and most renowned research botanical gardens in the United States. It offers quiet beauty as well as numerous events throughout the year. Free or low-cost concerts play at Tower Grove Park and the Missouri Botanical Garden during the summer.
