The Space

Welcome to modern living in this historic charmer with over 2,000 sqft. Fully renovated, this home faces Fox Park and is situated on a beautiful quiet street. Make your way through the front door into our freshly designed vacation home. Step up onto the front porch and into the house via the keyless electronic lock and be greeted with vastly high ceilings, hardwood floors throughout, ample natural light, and generously sized rooms designed and styled with your comfort in mind.

LIVING AREA
The living area is filled with two couches and chairs framing the sizeable wall-mounted TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps – the perfect cozy place for a movie night.

KITCHEN & DINING
The open-concept living area is excellent for entertaining and family gatherings. Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and gas cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up.

Serve your meals at the kitchen table or gather everyone into the elegant dining room for dinner with a table set for 8. Enjoy your morning coffee or watch the chef cook your favorite meal at our custom kitchen island.
