The Space

Make your way inside this beautiful, mid-century modern furnished home via the keyless smart lock and be greeted with a beautiful entry to the home and living area.

Walkthrough into the sun-filled living area with a large modular lounge that surrounds the decorative fireplace and wall-mounted TV – the perfect place for a movie night together with plenty of popcorn. Family games are located in the entertainment center to give you and your family plenty to do when spending time together in the home.

The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped to handle a 3-course family dinner with a large freestanding oven and gas cooktop, a full-size fridge with a filtered water dispenser, a built-in microwave, and a dishwasher to take care of the cleaning up.

Eat together in the beautifully styled dining room with seating for ten guests along with a highchair so the little ones can join you for a beautiful dinner.

Take the stairs up to the second floor and into the elegant master suite with a luxuriously large king bed and a crib for the smallest in the family.

Off the master is the spa-worthy ensuite with his and hers vanity, a dressing seat, and a large walk-in shower.

The lovely second bedroom is equipped with a king bed and a pack n play for plenty of space for the younger members of the family.

Also on the second floor is a third bedroom with a queen bed and a mounted Smart TV. There is a full bathroom complete with all the toiletries you need just across the hall.

On the third floor, you will find an additional two bedrooms. Bedroom four features a cathedral ceiling and three twin beds while bedroom five has a queen bed and a twin bed for plenty of sleeping space!

Outside is the large, secured yard with plenty of space to chill out and relax while the kids enjoy running around on the grass. A garage is just out back for convenient parking and entrance to the home.

Neighborhood

Shaw is one of the oldest and most intact neighborhoods among St. Louis City’s historic districts and is centrally located just minutes from Downtown, the historic Soulard District, Forest Park, The Hill, Tower Grove Park, the Missouri Botanical Garden, and the South Grand business district.

Flora Place, in the heart of the Shaw neighborhood, hosts the annual Historic Shaw Art Fair, which showcases juried artists from around the country, entertainment, and local cuisine.

Close by you will find the beautiful Missouri Botanical Gardens, restaurants, and shops with miles of tree-lined paths, playgrounds, fountains, and points of interest, including the top-rated and free Zoo and Art Museum.
