The Space

Make your way up to the porch and enter via the easy keyless smart lock where you are greeted with a charming, sun-filled apartment along with everything you need for a relaxing stay.

You’ll find four spacious bedrooms, with bright sun-filled living areas and a modern kitchen and secure yard make this the perfect home for family and friends. You can leave the car behind and take a walk into the heart of the Soulard District where you will find some of the best bars and restaurants in the city right on your doorstep.

LIVING AREA
Make your way into the townhouse and be greeted with a sun-filled living area with a relaxing plush sofa that surrounds a widescreen HD Smart TV giving you access to all your favorite streaming apps to keep everyone entertained.

KITCHEN & DINING
The modern eat-in kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could need to cook up breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven with a cooktop, a built-in microwave, and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up for you.

Serve up your meals at the rustic dining space with plenty of seating for all of your guests.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
There are four spacious bedrooms within the home, each bed topped with quality linen and bedding to ensure a restful night’s sleep, plus plenty of storage space for you to unpack and make yourself at home.

Take the stairs up to the top level where you will find the master bedroom equipped with a large King bed and a comfy crib for the little ones. The master bath features a luxuriously inviting full-size tub and a vanity stocked with all the essentials.

Everything is set up for the perfect family vacation. The second bedroom offers a plush and comfortable queen bed, the third is perfect for the kiddos with twin trundle beds. Just outside each of these bedroom doors, you’ll find the second sparkling full bathroom with all the amenities.

FINISHED BASEMENT
Downstairs is the converted basement that is the ideal teen hangout with a wall-mounted TV and plenty of room to stretch out. This area doubles as the fourth bedroom, with two comfy twin trundle beds. Great for a movie night, game night, and any other activity for the whole family.

OUTDOOR AREAS
A spacious backyard with a large deck awaits you! Plenty of seating, an outdoor fan, and a hammock! What more could you ask for. A second deck upstairs for extra pizazz truly completes the Soulard vibe.

Neighborhood

Soulard is the lively spot of St. Louis, loaded with great food and great bars. The area is busy every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday and during any home or important away games!

McGurk’s draws a crowd every night of the week. Molly’s and 1860s have great live music! The Great Grizzly (across the street from the front of our building) is one of the oldest bars in St. Louis and offers free shuttles to and from all home games. Dukes which is across the street (behind our building) has become one of the most popular bars in Soulard!

Visitors can enjoy an endless section of entertainment in the Soulard district year-round, including craft beer at International Tap House, oysters, and crawfish on the beautifully-landscaped patio at Molly’s in Soulard, homemade cupcakes at Sweet Divine, Irish stew at McGurk’s, and blueberry-flavored margaritas at Chavas Mexican Restaurant.

With over thirty bars, restaurants, and quirky shops that are scattered throughout the narrow tree-lined streets, every one of them has an elaborate outdoor courtyard, patio, or sidewalk area from which to enjoy the beautiful historic scenery.

For history buffs, the area plays host to the city’s oldest church and the oldest building and for the brave, there are several haunted houses, including The Darkness, located near the former Welsh Baby Carriage factory.

Some must-visit award-winning restaurants and cafes within Soulard are Bogart’s Smokehouse for America’s Best Ribs, the Capitalist Pig BBQ, John D. McGurk’s Irish Pub, and Sidney Street Café.

When visiting in January the area plays host to the third-largest Mardi Gras Festival in the world and include loads of entertainment including the Family Carnival, Snow Ball Softball Tournament, Wine & Whiskey Tasting, Cajun Cook-off, Taste of Soulard, pub crawls, and of course, the main event, Grand Parade Day!
