The Space

Make your way through the front door into our freshly designed vacation home. Step up onto the front porch and into the house via the keyless electronic lock and be greeted by a comfortable layout and plenty of natural light. The updated kitchen has a large amount of storage and a sizable pantry. Every room in the house is modernized with a fresh coat of paint and new fixtures. The space has been designed and styled with your comfort in mind.

LIVING AREA
The open-concept living area is filled with a generous plush sofa and a large wall-mounted Smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps – the perfect cozy place for a movie night.

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and gas cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up.

Two more bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor of this cozy farmhouse home. Bedroom #2 offers a double/full-size bed topped with soft, premium linen and bedding. You’ll find plenty of storage for you to unpack and make yourself at home and a desk/workspace if you need to catch up on some work away from the office. Bedroom #3 offers a twin-size bed topped with soft—premium linen and bedding.

LAUNDRY – 1 FLOOR
A stackable washer/dryer is located on the home’s main level, tucked away near the kitchen area, and comes complete with detergent and dryer sheets for making vacation laundry a breeze.

Step out the back door onto your private patio to soak in the beautiful weather St. Louis offers, or let the little ones run around the private backyard. You’ll also find a parking pad for two vehicles, reached from the alleyway behind the home.

Neighborhood

Mt. Pleasant is a neighborhood known for the many mounds of cultural significance built by Native Americans nearly 1500 years ago. You can still see Sugar Loaf Mound, the last in St. Louis today.

Take a walk through the tree-lined streets of this classic South City residential neighborhood and admire the beautiful red brick homes. The 3-acre Mt. Pleasant Park anchors the area and features playground equipment and a unique roller hockey rink. And don’t miss Saint Anthony’s of Padua, a beautiful catholic church built by the neighborhood’s German immigrant population over 150 years ago.
