The Space

Please enter our freshly designed vacation home through the front door. Step up onto the front porch and into the home via the smart keyless lock and be greeted with soaring ceilings and generously sized rooms designed and styled with your comfort in mind.

LIVING AREA
The living area features a comfy sofa, two large armchairs, and a coffee table with abundant natural light, all in a perfect setting overlooking the wall-mounted TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps – the perfect cozy place for a movie night!

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and electric cooktop, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Please note this home doesn’t provide a dishwasher.

Serve your buffet meal at the eat-in bar table or gather everyone in the dining room located in the basement. The dining room has seating for four.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOM – MAIN FLOOR
This spacious home offers two bedrooms with queen beds, side tables, and closet space to unpack your belongings and make yourself home. Each bed is topped with soft, premium linen, bedding, and clean, soft, fresh towels for your stay!

The one full-size bathroom has a single vanity, a tub/shower combo, and a hairdryer and is stocked with toiletries and extra fresh, clean towels.

BASEMENT
This home provides extra space to spread out and relax! The finished basement has an open layout as an additional hang-out room and dining area. A 25″ ONN. ROKU wall-mounted Smart TV is perfect for catching up on your favorite TV shows. The sofa folds out into a single bed for extra sleeping arrangements.

LAUNDRY
Find the washer/dryer set in the basement, complete with detergent and dryer sheets, making vacation laundry a breeze

OUTDOOR AND PARKING SPACE
Step out the back door onto your private patio to soak in St. Louis’s beautiful weather, or enjoy your morning coffee fresco. A free parking spot for one vehicle is ready for your use in the back of the home, so you can be assured that finding a place will be perfectly convenient.

Dogtown is a wonderful neighborhood within the city of St. Louis! My home is located within walking distance to Forest Park, and specifically the Saint Louis Zoo, voted the best free attraction in the US! Also within walking distance (about 1 minute) from many restaurants and pubs.
