The Space

Please make your way through the front door into our freshly designed vacation home. Step up onto the front porch and into the home via the smart keyless lock and be greeted by hardwood floors throughout, lovely stained glass windows, archways, and generously sized rooms designed and styled with your comfort in mind.

LIVING AREA
The living area features a sofa and two armchairs surrounding the 50″ wall-mounted LG smart TV, with access to all your favorite streaming apps – the perfect cozy place for a movie night.

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and gas stove, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a dishwasher to cover all the cleaning up.

Serve your meals in the dining room with a table set for four. Enjoy your morning coffee or watch the chef cook your favorite meal at our eat-in kitchen bar top table, perfect for a quick meal or snack!

Neighborhood

Hi-Pointe is a neighborhood of St. Louis City within a section known as Dogtown. Clayton Avenue and Oakland Avenue on the north, City Limits on the west, Dale Avenue on the south, and Louisville Avenue on the eastbound. The Skinker-DeBaliviere and Forest Park border it on the north, the Clayton-Tamm neighborhood on the east, the Franz Park neighborhood on the south, and the city of Richmond Heights, part of St. Louis County, on the west.

The Hi-Pointe area takes its name from being one of the highest points in the City of St. Louis. The Par Lounge and the Hi-Pointe Theatre, the oldest still operating movie theater in St Louis, are located in the Hi-Pointe. The area is primarily residential. It has between 750 and 800 separate homes, apartment buildings, condominium buildings, and businesses. There is a fire station, a school, a bank, and many other business establishments, a perfect centralized location just 10 minutes from all major attractions St. Louis has to offer.
