The Details

Gather, unwind and play at Parkside on Lawn—a thoughtfully designed 5-bedroom retreat across from Forest Park. With nearly 3,000 sq. ft., 3.5 bathrooms, multiple living areas, a private hot tub, firepit, pool table and arcade games, there’s plenty of space for families and groups to relax and reconnect. Explore St. Louis by day, then come home for games, a movie, or an evening around the firepit and hot tub.

The Space

The main level is centered around a bright, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area designed for groups to spend time together. The large dining table makes shared breakfasts and dinners easy, while the kitchen includes full-size appliances, generous prep space and everything you need for an extended stay.

The home offers multiple distinct spaces to relax, gather and unwind, giving larger groups plenty of room to spread out. Beyond the main living room, you’ll find an upstairs TV lounge, a dedicated projector screening room and an additional 75” TV lounge in the finished basement.

The finished basement is one of the home’s highlights, with a pool table, poker table and classic arcade games, plus plenty of space for movie nights, games or simply hanging out after a day exploring St. Louis.

Sleeping arrangements
Five individually designed bedrooms give groups flexibility without sacrificing comfort.

The home includes a primary bedroom with a dedicated workspace, additional king and queen bedrooms, a spacious two-queen bedroom and a bunk room. Quality linens, thoughtful lighting and comfortable mattresses make the bedrooms feel more like a boutique stay than a typical group rental.

The home is best suited for up to 12 guests, giving everyone room to settle in comfortably.

The fenced backyard is designed for evenings together.

The home sits in Forest Park Southeast, close to some of St. Louis’s most popular destinations. It is approximately one block from Forest Park and the Science Center area and two blocks from Barnes-Jewish Hospital.

St. Louis University High School (SLUH) is just steps away, making the home especially convenient for visiting families, sporting events, alumni gatherings and other school activities.

Forest Park attractions, including the Saint Louis Zoo, are close by, while the Missouri Botanical Garden is also nearby.

You’ll also have convenient access to the Grove, the Washington University/Barnes-Jewish medical campus, Central West End, Cortex and many of the restaurants, breweries and attractions that make this part of St. Louis such a convenient base.
