Unlike traditional management companies, we use a flat-fee model instead of taking a percentage of your revenue. You always know what you’ll pay, and you keep more of your earnings.

• Hiring a professional photographer and providing photos to ABODEbucks for listing creation

Ownership & Ongoing Costs

• The smart locks and NoiseAware devices remain owned and supplied by ABODEbucks for the duration of your contract. Replacement is billed separately.
