The Space

Please enter our freshly designed vacation home via smart keyless lock and be greeted with soaring ceilings, original parquet flooring, and plenty of natural light. Each generously-sized room is designed and styled with your comfort in mind.

LIVING AREA
When you enter the home, the first room to your right is the spacious living room. You’ll love the massive gray sectional surrounding the sizeable SmartTV, which is mounted just above the unique fireplace. Access to all your favorite streaming apps makes this room the perfect cozy place for a movie night.

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped farmhouse kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and gas cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to cover all the cleaning up.

Gather everyone into the modern dining room for dinner with a table set for ten and a highchair available for the little ones. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch looking out of the city views.

BATHROOM – 1ST FLOOR
Take advantage of the convenient full-size bathroom with a walk-in shower between the kitchen and laundry room.

Three bedrooms within the spacious home can be found on the second floor. Each bed is topped with soft, premium linens and bedding, and you’ll find plenty of storage to unpack and make yourself home. All of the bedrooms on the second floor have a wall-mounted smart TV and access to a balcony.

Heading up the stairs, bedroom #1 offers a plush queen bed with a pack-n-play for the little traveler, a closet, and a wall-mounted smart TV. The primary bedroom (bedroom #2) offers a luxurious king bed with an attached full ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet, a crib, and a wall-mounted smart TV.

Heading down the hall from the primary bedroom, the first door on your left is your second full bathroom, with a single vanity, a clawfoot tub/shower combo, and plenty of fresh towels and necessities.

Just next door to the hallway bathroom is bedroom #3 with a luxurious king bed, a closet, a wall-mounted smart TV, and a bonus trundle bed that opens into two single beds for plenty of sleeping space! This room has French doors leading to a Juliet-style balcony.

BEDROOM AND LOUNGE/GAME ROOM – 3RD FLOOR
The 3rd floor of this lovely home is a massive loft space divided into two rooms. One wing has been sectioned off as a bedroom with three queen beds, and the other wing is a cozy lounge area with a couch, chairs, a wall-mounted Smart TV, a foosball table, board games, and plenty of space to relax after a long day site seeing the city.

LAUNDRY
This home offers two sets of laundry spaces. One is on the main floor with a stackable full-size washer and dryer. The other set is located on the 2nd level, also a stackable full-size washer and dryer. Both laundry rooms have detergent and dryer sheets, making vacation laundry a breeze!

LaSalle Park is integral to the three-neighborhood “Old Frenchtown” area – Lasalle Park, Lafayette Square, and Soulard – bordering downtown St. Louis’s southerner edge and offering easy access to major interstates and other major thoroughfares. Its architecture includes French-style red brick rowhouses and Federalist and Victorian houses.
