The Space

Make your way through the front door and into our freshly modern-designed vacation home. Step up onto the front porch and into the home via the keyless electronic lock and be greeted with vastly high ceilings and generously sized rooms that have been designed and styled with your comfort in mind.

LIVING AREA
The living area is filled with a generous plush lounge that surrounds the large wall-mounted TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps – the perfect cozy place for a movie night.

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook up breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and gas cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up.

Gather everyone into the elegant dining room for dinner with a table set for 8 and a highchair available for the little ones.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS – 2ND FLOOR
Three bedrooms within the spacious home can be found on the second floor. Each bed is topped with soft, premium linen and bedding, and you’ll find plenty of storage for you to unpack and make yourself at home. The master bedroom offers a luxuriously large king bed with an attached full ensuite bathroom.

As you head up the stairs from the main floor, straight ahead, you will find bedroom #1 w/Queen bed, bedroom # 2 w/Queen bed, and a full-size bathroom equipped with plenty of fresh towels and necessities. Bedroom #3 w/King bed and the master bathroom are just right down the hallway and offer a crib as well as a wall-mounted SmartTV.

BEDROOM – 3RD FLOOR
Bedroom #4 is located on the 3rd floor of the home offering a spacious loft area ideal space for the older kiddos, and perfect living space to call their own. Two trundle beds with twin mattresses are placed, plus a large wall-mounted SmartTV.

LAUNDRY
Located in the lower level/basement of the home you’ll find the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, which comes complete with detergent and dryer sheets for making vacation laundry a breeze.

OUTDOOR AND GARAGE
Step out the back door onto your private patio to soak in the beautiful weather that St. Louis has to offer or let the little ones run around the private backyard. The home offers designated parking for two vehicles in the back of the home.

Neighborhood

The house is set in beautiful South Grand, a neighborhood boasting vibrant cafes and restaurants, as well as a comic bookstore, antique shops, and clothing boutiques, and just blocks away is Tower Grove Park offering a Farmers’ Market and tennis courts.

South Grand has a flavor all its own where you can travel around the world with unique stores and eclectic shops to a huge array of ethnic restaurants covering more countries than Epcot with Turkish kebabs, Vietnamese pho, Ethiopian injera, and Thai papaya salad – just to name a few. In addition to offering a veritable trip around the globe, the neighborhood also boasts some of the city’s best vegan and vegetarian restaurants, including barbecue jackfruit tacos and New York-style slices made with cashew cheese.

Explore Tower Grove Park, an elegant 19th-century Victorian walking park that features pavilions, statues, fountains, and mock classical “ruins.” The neighborhood’s Missouri Botanical Garden welcomes visitors to one of the top three botanical gardens in the world. Renowned for its beautiful landscaping and, of course, flowers with a Japanese Garden, a Climatron geodesic dome, a whimsical Children’s Garden, and a garden dedicated to George Washington Carver.
