The Space

Please make your way through the front door into our freshly designed vacation home. Step up onto the front porch and into the house via the keyless electronic lock and be greeted with vastly high ceilings and generously sized rooms designed and styled with your comfort in mind.

LIVING AREA
The living area is filled with a stuffed, cozy leather recliner sofa surrounding a large 65″ flat-screen TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps – the perfect relaxing place for a movie night.

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the entirely brand-new kitchen equipped with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven, granite countertops, a gas cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up.

Serve your meals in the elegant dining room, a table set for six guests with additional seating at the kitchen island.

BATHROOM – 1ST FLOOR
Take advantage of the convenient first-floor half bath adjacent to the kitchen.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS – 2ND FLOOR
All three bedrooms within the spacious home can be found on the second floor. Each bed is topped with soft, premium linen and bedding, and you’ll find plenty of storage to unpack and make yourself home. All bedrooms have installed room-darkening shades for that perfect night’s sleep!

Bedroom #1 offers a Queen, plus two Twin-size beds. Bedroom #2 comes with a Full-size bed, closet, and dresser. Bedroom #3, tucked in the back, offers a Queen size bed with an attached private sunroom transformed into a roomy office with a desk, rolling chair, and a printer. Each bedroom offers a walk-in closet with plenty of space to unpack and make yourself home!

The full-size bathroom on the 2nd-floor hallway has a beautiful, enclosed floor-to-ceiling tile tub/shower combo and a single vanity. Fresh, clean towels and toiletries are included for the guests.

LAUNDRY
A complete set of front loaders (washer and dryer) are located in the home’s basement, with detergent and dryer sheets for making vacation laundry a breeze.

BASEMENT
The home features additional living space in the clean, freshly painted basement with a full-size bar, bar stools, a fridge, a flat-screen TV, a dart board, and an arcade game. Gather with family and friends in this extra space for a game of darts while watching your favorite sports team.

Neighborhood

Dogtown is known for its quaint, traditionally Irish community of St. Louis surrounding the Clayton and Tamm Avenues intersection. Dogtown is a beautiful, safe neighborhood home to a large St. Patrick’s Day Parade held every year, rain or shine, on March 17. Anchored by St. James the Greater Catholic Church, Dogtown is just south of Forest Park, with its southeastern edge abutting the traditionally Italian area of town, The Hill neighborhood. You’ll be within walking distance of many restaurants, bakeries, pubs, local shops, and the St. Louis Zoo!
