Step up onto the front porch and into the home via the keyless electronic lock and be greeted into this bright and updated 1500SQFT of living space with original hardwood floors, an L-shaped transitional kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and cozy rooms that have been designed and styled with your comfort in mind.

LIVING AREA
The living area is an addition to the home adding so much charm to the room with beams and a shiplap ceiling, adding an abundant natural light from the French doors leading out to the deck. The large sectional surrounding the wall-mounted smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps – the perfect cozy place for a movie night and relaxation.

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook up breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. Neighborhood

The Tower Grove South Neighborhood is positioned directly south of Tower Grove Park and is located in South St Louis City. The borders of the neighborhood are Arsenal Street to the north, Grand Blvd to the east, Chippewa to the south, and Kingshighway to the west.

This historic and vibrant neighborhood is such a desirable area due to its close proximity to the city’s tourist attractions, as well as being home to many ethnic and local restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, and shopping. Perhaps one of the best perks about this neighborhood is that its home to Tower Grove Park, a 289-acre features 13 restored early 20th-century picnic pavilions, as well as athletic fields for soccer, baseball/softball, and football, playground, tennis courts, and much more.

Since 2009, Tower Grove Park has been home to the Tower Grove Farmers’ Market where local vendors bring a wide range of goods, such as in-season fresh fruits and vegetables, baked goods, honey, jams, meat, poultry, eggs, and dairy products.
