The Space

Welcome to our cozy and modern bungalow. Make your way through the front door into our freshly designed vacation home. Step up onto the front porch and into the home via the keyless electronic lock and be greeted with vastly high ceilings and generously sized rooms designed and styled with your comfort in mind.

The interior design of the home is minimalist, and it’s characterized by simplicity, clean lines, and a monochromatic palette with pops of color used to accent the vacay vibes. This design is carried throughout the home, making a cohesive space and relaxing ambiance.

LIVING AREA
The living area is a spacious family room with large sun-filled windows, a fireplace, and gleaming hardwood floors. The space is filled with a cozy lounge that surrounds the large wall-mounted 55″ TV above the fireplace and two large comfy chairs. The perfect place for a movie night with access to all your favorite streaming apps such as Netflix.

KITCHEN
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and gas cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up.

Meals can be served in this space-saving fold-away table and chairs. Easy set-up and additional seating can be found on the kitchen island.

BATHROOM – MAIN FLOOR
One Full-size bathroom with bath/shower combo and a single vanity on the main floor. Plenty of towels are provided for your stay!

BEDROOMS – MAIN FLOOR
This bungalow offers two spacious bedrooms located on the main floor. Each bed is topped with soft, premium linens and bedding, and you’ll find plenty of storage for you to unpack and make yourself at home.

Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: King Bed w/Twin Trundle beds + Office Space.
This home comfortably accommodates six guests. In addition, we have provided a crib and pack n’ play for the young travelers in your family.

OFFICE
Designated office space has been created for business travel.

LAUNDRY
A full-size washer/dryer is located in the lower level/basement of the home, complete with detergent and dryer sheets for making vacation laundry a breeze.

OUTDOOR & PARKING
A fenced-in backyard and outdoor seating have been provided for relaxed accommodation. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea in this lovely and peaceful setting.

There is generally free street parking in front of the home, but you’re also free to use the off-street private parking pad behind the home if you wish!

Neighborhood

The Tower Grove South Neighborhood is positioned directly south of Tower Grove Park and in South St Louis City. The neighborhood’s borders are Arsenal Street to the north, Grand Blvd to the east, Chippewa to the south, and Kingshighway to the west.

This historic and vibrant neighborhood is such a desirable area due to its close proximity to the city’s main tourist attractions, as well as home to many ethnic and local restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops it has to offer. Perhaps one of the best perks about this neighborhood is that it’s home to Tower Grove Park, a 289 acre features 13 restored early 20th-century picnic pavilions, as well as athletic fields for soccer, baseball/softball, and football, playground, tennis courts and much more.

Since 2009, Tower Grove Park has been home to the Tower Grove Farmers’ Market, where local vendors bring a wide range of goods, such as in-season fresh fruits and vegetables, baked goods, honey, jams, meat, poultry, eggs, and dairy products.
